Nose:
Prominent notes of white melon, pear and green apples. Wafts of fresh barley, light cocoa and citrus.

Palate:
Creamy and delicate with toffee apples and citrus. Smooth chocolate notes are joined by darker liquorice hints and light peat smokiness.

Finish:
Buttery sweet finish with a balanced citrus zest.
