It’s a lovely blend of Hardy Cognacs made from \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e100% Ugni Blanc \u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003egrapes raised in limestone soils within three of the seven producing districts — Petits Champaign, Fins Bois, and Borderies. The Spirit is aged in lightly-toasted Limousin oak barrels from two to twelve years.
